It depends!  If the recommendation panel on the label says it is an ADULT dietary supplement then the answer is NO!  If the recommendation does not mention the word “adult”, then it is fine for people of all ages over 12 years old. For instance, Glutamine Supermax and Green Tea Absolute are fine for a 16 year old male or female to consume but Adipo 6 or 6-Keto should only be consumed by those over 18 years old.
